Whistleblowing Form
Ang Mo Kio Town Council is committed to creating and maintaining a culture of high integrity and good corporate governance. The implementation of the whistle-blowing policy reinforces the Council’s commitment to achieving service excellence in all of its practices.
We appreciate your feedback and take all concerns seriously. Please use the appropriate form for your submission.
1. Non-Whistleblowing Feedback
For general feedback or non-whistleblowing cases such as:
- Estate cleanliness, maintenance, pest or estate issues
- Suggestions for estate improvements or feedback on estate matters
Please submit your feedback through the Feedback Form.
2. Whistleblowing Reporting
If you are reporting an illegal, unethical, or harmful activity that affects public interest or violates laws, such as:
- Any reprisal action such as action causing injury, loss or damage.
- Intimidation or harassment that is physical, emotional and/or sexual in nature.
- Unethical behaviour or malpractice.
- Illegal acts or other wrongful or improper conduct within the Town Council that constitutes a disciplinary offence or a criminal offence.

Note: Submissions should be made in good faith, and any form of malicious, frivolous, or vexatious allegations intended for personal gain, to harass others, or to cause unnecessary harm will not be reviewed. Whistleblowing reports will be treated with confidentiality and handled by appropriate authorities. Misuse of this form for non-whistleblowing issues may result in delays or non-action.
